1. Acceptance

By using GridFlow ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not tax advice

GridFlow is a planning tool only. We are not a licensed tax agent, accountant, or financial adviser. Nothing on GridFlow constitutes professional tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own tax filing. Always verify results with LHDN or a licensed tax professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a Malaysian tax resident to use GridFlow.

4. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription and billing

GridFlow offers: • Free tier: limited access to calculator and dashboard preview • Plus (trial): 10-day free trial, then RM29/month or RM199/year • Billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. • Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.

6. Refund policy

We offer a 7-day refund for first-time subscribers if you are unsatisfied. Contact support@gridflow.my within 7 days of your first charge. Trial periods are not eligible for refunds.

7. Acceptable use

You must not: • Use GridFlow for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service • Share your account with others

8. Data accuracy

GridFlow calculations are based on YA2025 Malaysian tax law. Tax laws change. We make reasonable efforts to keep calculations accurate but cannot guarantee they are free from error. You are responsible for verifying your own tax liability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GridFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including errors in tax calculations.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian courts.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
